We reserve the right to refuse to provide the Service to any person for any reason and/or to discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time, with or without prior notice.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you sign up to our site and become a member, when you choose to share your knowledge or want to gain skills and knowledge from the instructors, we ask for your personal data.  This refers to the information you provide (names, phone numbers, and email) in order for us to identify or contact you.

Transactions on Fidel Academy involving your billing and payment information will be processed by tripe and PayPal and they are subject to their own privacy policy. We don’t store any of the banking information that you provide to these payment processors.

If you are a student, we need your email address, name, and maybe your phone number in order to send you messages or provide you with additional service and give them out to the instructor who is providing your course so that they can give you guidance when you need help with the specific course you are taking.

But we do not give your details to anyone else except your instructor
