How Do I Access My Course?
Hover on “My Account” At the right side of our bar menu and click “My Profile“. There, you will find all the courses you purchased.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
There is no any requirement in order to take any course on Fidel Academy, though we advise you to take the courses from the basic level to the highest in an order.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
You can purchase as many courses you want and access them anytime you are ready to learn.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?
If your payment did not go through, please try another payment method or Contact Us either via email or a phone call
Do the courses I purchased expire?
Once you purchase a course, you do have a lifetime access and can visit it as many times as you want at anytime.
